First decide which sprout you want to grow. But if you want you can put lentils in one container with beans in another. The ingredients needed to grow beans in cotton are:

• 15 bean grains
• 1 small bowl
• Enough cotton to cover the inside of the bowl with a thickness of 2 centimeters.

Cotton bean testing

• Cover the inside of the bowl with cotton.
• Sprinkle the beans between the cottons 1-1.5 centimeters apart.
• Cover the beans again with cotton. This time you get a layer a little thinner than the bottom.
• Finally, pour water over it and soak the cotton with water. Wet it with water every other day to prevent the cotton from drying completely.

You need to use enough water. All cotton should be soaked, but the water should not be too much and come out on top.

After about 1 week, the sprouts of the beans will begin to appear.
